Meet Dr. Sara Finkleman

Dr. Sara Finkleman grew up in Tacoma. She went to Whitman College in Walla Walla where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in biology, and played on the varsity women’s tennis team. Following graduation, she moved to the Seattle area to attend dental school at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Dr. Finkleman was inspired to become an orthodontist because of the positive impact her own orthodontic treatment had on her life. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Finkleman pursued specialty training in orthodontics at the University of Washington. During her orthodontic residency program, Dr. Finkleman’s research project focused on treatment with clear aligners (Invisalign®).

Dr. Finkleman is proud to be board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics — a distinction only held by 58% of orthodontists!

In her free time, Dr. Finkleman enjoys playing tennis, cycling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family. Dr. Finkleman has a Bernedoodle named Gus, and she enjoys taking him on walks in the neighborhood.

Dr. Finkleman takes great satisfaction in providing exceptional, compassionate, and individualized care for all of her patients. She believes in treating every patient as if they were her own family member. Dr. Finkleman is very excited about joining the team at Fey & Grey Orthodontics because of the office’s history of providing excellent quality care to the Bothell community over the years. She can’t wait to get to know you and your family in the office soon!
